SPIR-A-FLOW

SPIR-A-FLOW has been developed to comply with requirements to produce highly dense and fine granules with a sharp size distribution within a short time and to coat such granules uniformly and efficiently. A partially perforated rotating disk at the bottom, spray nozzles on the side, automatic material feeder on the upper side and automatic product discharge port on the lower side are the features of SPIR-A-FLOW. Filter unit, heat exchanger and super-jet bag filter clean-up system are equipped with this "super" granulator, SPIR-A-FLOW. The centrifugal force of rotating disk and fluidizing air can be easily controlled to obtain any specific products in optimum condition. Agitator and lump braker can be optionally equipped upon customer's specific request.
