SPHEREX is the equipment to produce seamless minicapsules with 1-8mm dia. By ejecting outer shell solution and inner solution simultaneously from a vibrating nozzle with plural orifices into circulating coolant oil, perfectly spherical seamless mini-capsules are manufactured at the production rate of 2～300 pcs./sec. within ±3% inner solution filling weight variation. Such thin outer shell down to 30μm is available. Strobo Unit equipped with the machine assures visual control of mini-capsule production on monitor TV.
