The annular gap bead mill, with a high cooling capacity, enables ultra-high-viscosity (about 150,000 mPa·s) and high-concentration slurries dispersion and nanosize grinding.
Efficient grinding is realized by narrowing the range where the centrifugal force is transmitted as much as possible to concentrate the centrifugal force. In addition, with the speeding up of the circumferential velocity of the rotor, the particle size distribution of the ground product becomes sharper.
Since the annular gap type becomes smaller in volume of the grinding chamber, the amount of beads used and product loss are reduced, which makes washing easy.

The rotor and screen of the grinding chamber can be disassembled and washed by simply removing one bolt. - Measures against abrasion
SUS construction is specially plated to be abrasion-resistant. Ceramic construction further improves abrasion resistance.
Slurries highly sensitive to contamination and slurries strict in color tone can also be processed.

Micron-size powder is mixed in a medium solution of water, oil, alcohol, solvent, or the like to prepare slurry.
