This dry fine grinding machine with a built-in classifier provides sharp particle size distribution. It also provides an optimum solution for low-volume high-mix production due to excellent disassembly and washability.
Raw materials are ground by the airflow generated on the high-speed rotating grinding disk and the impact force between the liners, and by changing the rotation speed of the built-in classifying rotor, products of desired particle sizes can be obtained.
In addition, by grinding while circulating with air entrained, heat generation is suppressed during grinding. Therefore, it can be used for foods and other heat-sensitive raw materials.
FEATURE
- Simply structured so that all parts can be washed and used for high-mix production
Since the grinding/classification section is easy to detach/attach, it provides an optimum solution for raw materials that require frequent cleaning due to product and color changeovers, etc.
- Wide range crushing performance
Various raw materials and crushed particle sizes can be handled by replacing the grinding disk and liner (optional). - Realizes sharp product particle sizes without overgrinding due to its high classification performance
Target product particle size: d50=8 - 200 µm
- Ceramic spec powder contact parts available
This spec provides an optimum solution for raw materials with high abrasion properties and raw materials that are highly sensitive to metal contamination. (Compatible with standard machines.)
- Simply structured so that all parts can be washed and used for high-mix production
Raw materials enter the ultrahigh-speed vortex flow generated by the special grooves that are formed on the surfaces of the grinding disk with specially shaped grinding blades and its liner, where pulverization is promoted by mutual impact between the raw materials.
Placement of multiple small grooves increases grinding opportunities, which enables ultrafine pulverization.
Ceramic protection of powder contact parts makes specifications optimum for raw materials with a high abrasion property, and raw materials that are hostile to metal contamination. (Compatible with standard machines.)
* Applicable ceramics
Silicon nitride: High strength, light weight, high thermal conductivity
Zirconia: High strength
Alumina: High corrosion resistance, low price
