Negamold® has two functions of ethanol evaporant and oxygen absorber, it is the highest effective in bacteriostatic such as preventing bags swelling due to fermentation.

The EZ-200 is our latest water activity meter. It features a color touch panel and is accurate, easy to use, and simple to maintain.
