This is a granulation device that compresses powder raw materials in the form of plates, which are sized into granules. It provides an optimum solution for water- or heat-sensitive raw materials because addition of a binder solution and a drying process are eliminated.
It has high workability due to the swing-structured hopper and the electrohydraulic control unit, as well as high washability due to the all-SUS spec and sealed drive.

There are three selectable types of rolls.
By selecting the compression rolls and screws according to powder characteristics, the yield and production capacity are improved while the quality of granules (pressure distribution) is maintained.
DPS rolls (standard)
Granules homogeneous in pressure distribution can be obtained by suppressing unevenness in hardness between the center and ends of the rolls.
S rolls
Excellent at granulating easy-to-adhere raw materials (Kampo medicines, etc.), raw materials to which no lubricants can be added, powder raw materials that are hard to be supplied in between rolls.
DP rolls
Excellent at granulating powder raw materials that are excessively supplied in between DPS rolls if used, and easy-to-adhere raw materials.
There are two selectable types of screws (A or B).
A type
The blades are double-wound. It is suitable for powders with a large specific volume.
B type
The blade is a single-wound. It is suitable for powder with a small specific volume; This standard-type screw is ideal for most powders.

・Minimum opening: 1.5 mm
・Material: SUS304, SUS316L
Square wire mesh
The processing speed-oriented screen
It reduces retention in the sizing machine to 1/5*.
・Raw material properties: hard
・Adaptation: Equivalent to 14, 16 mesh of standard wire mesh (opening)
・Minimum opening: 1.0 mm
・Material: SUS304
