A uniform air flow is created through the use of the flow velocity maintenance section and the fluidizing air dispersion plate to improve the agitating and mixing performance.
Newly adopted high-capacity spray gun
Since the spray gun is installed on the device wall, no piping is exposed inside the device and the number of spray guns itself can be reduced, which facilitates maintenance.
Optimization of balance between granulation moisture and drying
When water is added by a large volumetric binder solution, it is adjusted to an appropriate granulation moisture range by improving the agitating and mixing performance and an appropriate amount of drying air (high-temperature air supply), which enables short-time granulation while suppressing the generation of coarse particles.
Approximately 2.5-fold productivity
If the production time is shortened by 60%, the productivity increases about 2.5-fold.
