    The rotor processer for granulation & coating equipment is equipped with a rotor disk, agitator, and lump breaker at the bottom of the fluidized-bed.
    By combining various functions of centrifugal rolling, floating and swirling flows, and sizing, granulation can be performed by freely controlling the bulk density, particle shape, and particle size distribution.
    High coating efficiency and uniformity can be obtained even in coating granules and fine particles.
    In addition, multiple processes of mixing, granulating, coating, and drying can be performed continuously with one equipment.

The biaxial system provides the following four elements.
Furthermore, a combination of the rotation speeds of the rotor disk and agitator enables desired granulation.
Due to the strong shearing action, granulation can be performed with little generation of coarse particles and little adhesion of powder and granular materials.
In coating granules and fine grains, the formation of aggregates (interparticle aggregation) is drastically reduced.

Centrifugal rolling
Centrifugal rolling by the rotation of the rotor disk makes particles high in bulk density.
In particular, spherical granules are formed by this action. Also, granulation with a sharp particle size distribution can be performed.

Swirling flow
A flow is produced by the rotation of the agitator.
The combined action with centrifugal rolling by the rotor disk and floating flows by airflows makes a high-concentration, homogeneous fluidized state specific to SPIR-A-FLOW.

Floating flow
Two airflows produced by the slit air blowing out of the outer periphery of the rotor disk and the fluidizing air blowing out of the screen make soft granules with a relatively low bulk density.

Sizing action
The lump breaker crushes and disperses coarse particles.
Granules with a relatively low bulk density are made by aeration of the powder layer.
