The fine classifier can process high volumes of raw materials that cannot be classified by a vibrating sieve or air classifier in a short time.
Powder raw materials are evenly dispersed by rotating the blades at high speed in the resin-made cylindrical screen (10 to 1000 µm in mesh size), and are classified while clogging is prevented by producing fine vibrations continuously on the screen itself.
Even raw materials with low bulk specific gravity (approximately 0.1g/cc), can be easily classified by the effective centrifugal force that is created by the rotor.
FEATURE
- Classification that does not cause clogging even with a fine mesh size
Since fine and continuous oscillations are generated on the screen itself, it can also classify raw materials that are easily clogged. - Substantial yield improvement by crushing aggregates
Aggregated raw materials are classified while they are crushed by high-speed rotating blades. - Optimum solution for removal of foreign substances and removal of coarse powder
Effectively works to remove foreign substances that vibrating sieves are not good at.
* This is often used for not only removal of common foreign substances, but also removal of hair and other foreign substances in fibrous form.
- Excellent maintainability
Since it can be disassembled with just a few tools, disassembly and washing as well as re-covering and replacement of the screen are made easy. - 5-fold or more throughput compared to vibrating sieves with the same screen area
Realizes a large throughput while reducing installation space because of its compact size.
- Classification that does not cause clogging even with a fine mesh size
New powder solutions by ultrasonic vibration
Responsive to 75µm by means of a stainless steel screen which satisfies needs in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
The classification performance is substantially raised by the synergistic effect of two different vibrations (rotor and ultrasonic).
Mountable on the conventional turbo screener by minimal effort.
Even if you have already been a user, you can consider its introduction without purchasing a replacement.
* U series-adaptable models: TS125×200, TS250×200
